1. Agreement
By using zbhqlf.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
2. The Store
ZBHQLF HANDBAGS is an independent boutique operated by LILIANG INC, New York, USA. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer of any brand named on this site; all brand names and model names are used only to describe the style studied. Items sold are style-inspired pieces studied by our workshop.
3. Orders
Placing an order creates an offer to purchase. We confirm every order through WhatsApp or email, including detailed quality-check photos of the exact item, before dispatch. An order is accepted when we send this confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the product price only. We accept PayPal, major credit/debit cards, and major cryptocurrencies. If a payment fails review, we will contact you; unconfirmed orders are cancelled automatically after 72 hours.
5. Shipping
Delivery terms, times and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy. Standard worldwide shipping is free.
6. Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery under the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Product Presentation
We photograph and describe every item as accurately as possible. Because each piece is handmade in small batches, minor variations in leather grain, stitching and hardware tone are normal and are not defects. Sizes are measured manually; a tolerance of ±1 cm applies.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the store: no fraudulent orders, scraping at harmful volumes, interference with checkout, or resale of site content and imagery without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
Site design, product photography and text belong to ZBHQLF HANDBAGS and may not be copied for commercial use.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your home country.
