I’ve spent quite a bit at Art Basel Miami the past few days, checking out the art, attending events, and chatting with old and new friends. I have had more conversations about the news of Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami than anything else, proving this collaboration’s significance.

Twenty years after the first collection, which will forever be one of the most defining and industry-changing, Louis Vuitton announced its follow-up collaboration. And bag lovers are going wild! This might be one of the more sought-after items from the collection, as the Side Trunk has received a great reception. The rectangular luggage shape pays homage to the House’s archival luggage, further embodied by the golden reinforced corners.
