When it comes to man bags, it seems there are two major categories: work bags and casual messengers. There are other options here and there, but men have never taken to man bags like women have to our bags, and I don’t see that changing drastically anytime soon. A sleek briefcase is one of the best bags you can invest in as a dude, and just like with women’s bags, I love finding the ultimate options.

The Hermès Sac a Depeches is the ultimate briefcase if you are looking for a solid investment. The briefcase doesn’t offer a shoulder strap, which I actually like, because briefcases originally were intended to be carried by hand. There is something so classic about this design and the lack of messenger strap, and that has me loving it even more.
